Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT: Making an international funds transfer at your bank or on-line is easy. We accept payments in US Dollars in Paypal or TT transfer.

SAMPLE: We offers sample kit for your quality checking before mass purchase in office.

PRINTING WORKS: Please download our printing template on website and finish your own logo and graphics, then provide your artwork directly upload to website or send to our mailbox: info@gyrfidstore.com. Our staff will send you printing proof within 1working days to confirm back. Only got your confirm back, we will arrange printing jobs.

LEADING TIME: Printed Items will take 2weeks to prepare after the order confirmation. If any urgent demands, we will charge of emergency fees to put your order on priority.

SHIPPING:We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Pre-paid freight charges are quoted by gross weight shipped from Shanghai. We can also use your carrier or freight forwarder or freight collected with your account. It will take around 2~5working days via express or airway from China to Europe/ America. Usually we use DHL /UPS/ FEDEX for goods sending.

WARRANTY: We offers a standard 1 year repair or replace warranty from date of shipping on all products found to have a defect that results from manufacturing. The warranty does not cover willful damage or neglect on the part of the user. Defective products must be shipped back to us by the customer freight pre-paid. We will repair or replace the defective product at no charge and ship back the product to customer freight pre-paid.

RETURNS POLICY:  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
